You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use copy trading services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
All clients are required to complete identity verification before deposits are accepted or payout requests are processed. Failure to complete verification will result in restricted account access. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Deposits must be made in the supported cryptocurrencies listed in your dashboard. All deposits are subject to on-chain confirmation before being credited to your account. The minimum deposit amount is set by the platform and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified or that raise AML concerns.
Monetaxis allows you to follow a trader of your choosing and have their eligible trades copied into your own account. You choose which trader to follow, how much capital to allocate, and may start, pause, or stop copying at any time from your dashboard. Copying a trader does not transfer control of your account or funds to Monetaxis or to the trader being followed. Trading activity, results, and account allocations are recorded in your account ledger. All performance figures reflect actual account activity. No return is guaranteed, and a trader's past performance is not indicative of their future results. Losses, including a full loss of deposited funds, are possible.
Payout requests are subject to review and processing times as stated on the withdrawal page. A processing fee applies. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Requests may be delayed or declined if AML concerns arise.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated, where AML concerns exist, or where continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. Suspended accounts may have their payout requests held pending investigation.
Monetaxis is not liable for losses arising from trading or copy trading activity, market conditions, the trading decisions of traders you choose to follow, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account at the time of the relevant event.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Risk Disclosure and accept the risks associated with trading and copy trading.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where Monetaxis is registered.
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
